Due to the digital nature of our products, and unfortunate incidents with dishonest clients, we have a no refund policy for our prepared designed Pixel Packs.

If you are not satisfied with our custom design service, please contact us first and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We offer a 14 day refund policy. Please see our Terms of service for more information on refunds.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card. Refunds will take 5-7 working days to process.
